1. Who you are buying from
Your contract for this ticket and event is with Back Then Festival, 2 McNeil House, Charlotte Avenue, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 6DW (Company No. 16679463). We are the seller of, and are responsible for, the event and the ticket. Ticket Monkey Ltd operates the booking platform and is responsible only for the booking service and any booking fee it charges, as set out in its Customer Purchase Policy and Website Terms of Use.
2. Your ticket and the event
A ticket is a personal, revocable licence to attend Back Then Festival at Westgate Fields on 7th & 8th August 2027. The event details, line-up and running order are as described at the time of sale and may be subject to change.
3. Prices and payment
The ticket price (face value) is set by us and shown before you pay. Ticket Monkey may add a separate booking fee, which is shown to you separately at checkout and is governed by Ticket Monkey’s terms, not ours. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery and admission
Tickets are issued electronically and accessed through the Ticket Monkey app or as an e-ticket / QR code. You must present a valid ticket for admission. Please keep your ticket secure; we are not responsible for tickets lost or shared due to your own error, though you should contact us if you have a problem. Doors open at 11:30 on Saturday and Sunday, upon arrival, a member of our security team will great you along with our gate staff, any bags will be checked and persons requiring ID will be id'd before entry. A member of the gate staff will give you the relevant wristband that accompanies your ticket. Do not remove your wristband during the festival, those found without a wristband may be removed from the festival.
5. Age restrictions and ID
This event is open to all ages, under-18s are required to be with a responsible adult (21+). You are responsible for checking and meeting the age and ID requirements before buying. We may refuse entry, without refund, if you cannot meet them. Acceptable ID: Driving License, Passport or Pass ID, photocopies will not be accepted.
6. Refunds, cancellations and changes
As the seller, we are responsible for refunds relating to the event. If we cancel the event, you are entitled to a refund of the face value of your ticket. If we reschedule, your ticket will normally remain valid for the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund of the face value. Refunds are made to your original payment method without undue delay. The booking fee charged by Ticket Monkey is dealt with under Ticket Monkey’s terms.
All ticket sales are non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or credit for any reason. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to tickets for dated leisure events, so tickets are otherwise non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
