BARUM BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH – TERMS & CONDITIONS 🍻🏉 By purchasing a ticket to the Barum Bottomless Brunch, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Tickets & Entry * Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by Barnstaple RFC. * Guests may be asked to provide proof of purchase on arrival. Age Restriction * This is an 18+ event * Valid photographic ID may be required. Barnstaple RFC operates a Challenge 25 policy. * Anyone unable to provide suitable ID when requested may be refused alcohol. Bottomless Brunch Drinks * The Bottomless Brunch runs from 12:30pm until 2:00pm * Each ticket holder is entitled to a maximum of 8 drinks during this period. * The 8-drink allowance is a maximum entitlement and does not guarantee that all 8 drinks will be served. Alcohol will only be served where staff consider it safe and appropriate to do so. * The drinks included within the package will be specified by Barnstaple RFC. * Drinks are for the individual ticket holder only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person. * Only one drink per person at a time will be served. * Guests must finish their current drink before receiving another. * Drinks cannot be ordered in advance, doubled up or saved for after the brunch period. * Any unused drinks remaining at 2:00pm are forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or drinks later in the day. * Arriving late will not extend the brunch period or the 2:00pm finishing time. * Barnstaple RFC and its bar staff reserve the right to slow, pause or stop alcohol service to any guest at any time. * Anyone who appears intoxicated will not be served further alcohol. Behaviour Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff, players and other guests. Barnstaple RFC reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone from the event due to excessive intoxication, aggression, harassment, damage to property or behaviour that may put themselves or others at risk. Anyone removed from the event for these reasons will not be entitled to a refund. Food & Allergies * Each ticket includes one burger of choice from the options available for the event. * Guests should make any allergies or dietary requirements known when booking where possible and inform staff at the event. * While reasonable steps will be taken to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Match Entry Match admission is included within the £39 ticket price. If the associated rugby fixture is postponed, cancelled or changed, Barnstaple RFC will communicate any changes to ticket holders. A change to the rugby fixture does not automatically mean the Bottomless Brunch is cancelled. Event Changes & Cancellation Barnstaple RFC reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including drinks selections, food options, entertainment and timings where circumstances require. If the Bottomless Brunch itself is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted regarding the options available. Responsible Drinking The 8 drinks are a maximum allowance, not a target or guaranteed quantity. All alcohol service remains at the discretion of Barnstaple RFC's bar staff and is subject to licensing requirements. Staff have the right to refuse service regardless of the number of drinks remaining in a guest's allowance.
