By booking a place at Mumming It, you agree to the following:

1. Your place
Mumming It is a small, intimate circle and places are limited. Your booking secures your place for the programme.

2. Cancellation & refunds
If you decide to leave the programme at any point, please let us know. You will receive a refund for any sessions you have paid for but will no longer attend. Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining sessions at the time of cancellation.

3. Attendance
We ask that you arrive on time and stay for the full session. Arriving promptly helps us create and maintain the safe, connected space that the circle depends on.

4. Confidentiality
What is shared within the circle stays within the circle. We ask every woman to respect the privacy of others and not share another participant's personal stories, experiences or identifying details outside the group.

5. Respect & participation
Mumming It is a space for listening, sharing and being witnessed. We ask everyone to listen with openness and without judgement, respect different experiences and perspectives, and avoid giving unsolicited advice. You are always free to choose what you do and don't want to share.

6. Looking after ourselves and each other
Mumming It is a peer support and community space, not a substitute for medical, therapeutic or mental health support. If something arises that requires specialist support, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional help.

7. Feedback & co-creation
Mumming It is a space we want to develop with the women who take part. We will invite you to share honest feedback throughout the programme so that we can understand what is working, what could be improved and how we can make the circle as valuable and meaningful as possible for everyone. We may also ask for feedback at the end of the programme to help us shape future circles.

8. Changes or cancellation by Mumming It
We reserve the right to change a session date, venue or facilitator where necessary. If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative arrangement or refund where appropriate.

By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and are committed to helping create a warm, respectful and confidential space for everyone.
